Conditions Of Participation

The following conditions apply to the contest of Stehmann Mode GmbH under the motto "Contest May 2024" (hereinafter: "Conditions of Participation"). Participation is exclusively subject to the following conditions of participation. By participating, the participant bindingly accepts these conditions of participation:

1.1 The organizer of the competition is Stehmann Mode GmbH, Hansastrasse 22, 90766 Fürth, Germany, Managing Directors Judith Stehmann, Frank Stehmann, Fürth Local Court HRB 4038, VAT ID No. DE 132764224. 1.2 The Contest will take place from May 4, 2024, at 8:00 a.m. until May 8, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. (CET) (the "Contest Period"). Participants may participate during the specified time period. The Organizer reserves the right to extend or shorten the Contest Period without giving reasons.

1.3 Stehmann will select a total of ten (10) winners from the participants of the Contest. Each winner will receive a 25% voucher for the next purchase in the Organizer's B2B online store, which will be sent to the winner by e-mail (hereinafter: "Prize"). Winners will be drawn only during the specified period. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be paid in cash. The respective winners will be determined at random via the YOU to Gift app shortly after the end of the participation period.

2.1 In order to participate in the contest, the participant must make a purchase in the Organizer's B2B online store (<https://b2b.stehmann.de/&gt;) as part of one of the next orders. In addition, the contestant must meet the following requirements:

• The participant must order a minimum of 5 items.

• Before completing the order process, the participant must check the box that reads "Yes, I want to participate in the May 2024 Contest and I have read the terms and conditions" (German: „Ja, ich möchte am Gewinnspiel Mai 2024 teilnehmen und ich habe die Teilnahmebedingungen gelesen “).

2.2 Participation is voluntary and free.

2.3 Employees of Stehmann and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2.4 Each entrant may only participate once in each individual contest. Participation via automated participation procedures of third parties or in any other, especially commercial way is not permitted.

2.5 Stehmann reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition if they violate these terms and conditions. Participants who use unauthorized aids or otherwise gain advantages through manipulation will also be excluded. In such cases, prizes may be subsequently withdrawn and reclaimed. Participants who provide false personal information may be disqualified from the contest at any time. Participation via a contest service is excluded; only personal registrations are permitted.

2.6 Stehmann also reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time and without giving reasons. Stehmann will exercise this right in particular if the proper conduct of the competition cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons.

3.1 The winner will be notified of the prize within three to five days by email to the email address used to log in to the B2B Online Store. After the winner has made a legally binding purchase from our B2B Online Store, the winner must notify the Organizer's sales department by email at verkauf@stehmann.de so that the 25% voucher can be stored in our Intex Enterprise Resource Planning system and subsequently applied to the order. The voucher cannot be applied after the goods have been shipped. The 25% voucher can be applied to any order placed by the winner. After twelve (12) months, calculated from the announcement of the winner by e-mail in accordance with sentence 1 of this clause, the voucher expires without replacement and can no longer be offset against any order placed after this period.

The liability of the organizer is limited to intent and gross negligence. This applies in particular to failures of any kind caused by technical faults or by third parties and to other impairments in connection with the transmission and processing of information. This disclaimer does not apply to injury to life, limb or health. Stehmann is not liable for omissions or damages in connection with the shipment of the prize.

5.1 Information on Stehmann as the data controller, as well as detailed information on the processing of personal data, recipients and the rights of participants can be found at https://stehmann-store.de/policies/privacy-policy. In the following, Stehmann provides additional information on the processing of personal data in the context of the competition within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR").

5.2 The purpose of the data processing is to carry out the Contest. The legal basis for the processing in the context of the contest is Art. 6 par. 1 lit. b GDPR (fulfillment of the contest contract).

5.3 In the context of this contest, Stehmann processes the data provided by the participants, in particular their first name, last name and e-mail address. The collection of this personal data is necessary for the voluntary participation in the contest. Automated decision making, including profiling pursuant to Art. 22 (1) and (4) GDPR will not take place. Participants may contact datenschutz@stehmann.de with any questions regarding the collection, processing and use of their personal data.

5.4 The personal data will be stored as long as the purpose of the processing exists. The purpose will cease at the end of the contest when the winners are determined, and the prizes are distributed. Once the purpose has been fulfilled, the data collected in the context of the contest will be deleted, unless legal retention periods require longer storage.

5.5 The organizer will retrieve a list of participants from the database of Mobi Media Aktiengesellschaft, Dr.-Bachl-Straße 2, 84347 Pfarrkirchen. The winners will be drawn from this Excel list using the services of YOU to Gift OÜ, Vesivjarava 50-201, 10152 Tallinn, Estonia. The services of Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, USA will be used to receive and process the additional data provided by the winners via e-mail. 6.1 Legal recourse is excluded.

6.2 German law shall apply exclusively to the exclusion of any conflict of law provisions or international conventions.

6.3 Should individually provisions of these terms of use be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms of use.

6.4 Stehmann fully indemnifies all cooperation partners (who have provided prizes) from all claims in connection with this competition. All agreements are between the participants and Stehmann. The recipient of the information provided by the participants is Stehmann.
