Delivery is currently possible in the countries: Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Austria. Additional countries are currently being developed.

What shipping methods are there and how much are the shipping costs??
You can choose between the following shipping options: DHL Standard for all countries, TNT Express (Germany).

Can I track the status of my shipment?
You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number by email.
You can use this tracking number to track the order directly with the respective shipping service provider.
You can return any item ordered on stehmann-store.com to our warehouse (STEHMANN Mode GmbH, Hansastrasse 22, 90766 Fürth, Germany) within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
We will cover the costs of returning the items if you return the shipment via DHL.
Instructions for returning from Germany:
1. Stick the enclosed return label on the box
2. Enclose the original or copy of the delivery note
3. Take the package to a post/DHL shop
4. After receipt and inspection of the goods, your payment will be refunded
Instructions for returning from Belgium, Netherlands and Austria:
1. Please write an email with your full name and order number to email@example.com
2. You will receive a return link from us by email
3. Print out the return label and stick it on the box
4. Enclose the original or copy of the delivery note
5. Take the package to a post/DHL shop
6. After receipt and inspection of the goods, your payment will be refunded
